How does the clothing fit?

All of our items are unisex sizing. We recommend sticking to your usual size for a comfy and relaxed fit, or sizing up for an oversized look.

If you're unsure what size you are, take a sweater or t-shirt that fits you well and lay it flat. Measure the width of the chest and the length of the item, then compare to our size charts to see what will fit you best!

How do I take care of my new item?

Turn item inside out to wash
Avoid fabric softeners
Do not bleach
Machine wash in cool water
Hang to dry ideally, or put in dryer on low heat
Do not iron directly on design

Can I change the colour, font, or placement of a design?

Probably!

Before ordering, send an email with the changes you'd like to make and I'll get back to you with some available options.

Please note that any designs featuring a job title, or relationship (mama, nanny, etc.) can be changed to your preferred title at no extra cost.

Can I put that design on a t-shirt instead?

Yes!

All of the designs shown on sweaters can be done on a t-shirt instead, and vice versa. Please email lealo.creatives@gmail.com to request, and we'll send you instructions on how to order.

Do you do custom orders?

We love to do custom orders!

If you have an image you'd love to see on a garment, send it to lealo.creatives@gmail.com prior to ordering. Please make sure the image is high quality (300dpi) and that any background you don't want printed is removed. We can help with this if needed!

A mockup will be sent to you to make sure everything looks just right before finalizing your order. Once the design is approved, we'll give you instructions for ordering. Full payment is required before your order will be made.

Please allow an additional 7-10 days for your order to be completed.
